Where can the balance be spent?+
Gift cards cover artwork, limited-edition prints, weekly art classes, and workshop registrations. Shipping is billed separately at checkout in this first release.
Can the card be used more than once?+
Yes. Your card keeps a running balance; use the same code until it reaches zero across as many orders as you like.
How do I check my balance?+
Open our balance page and enter your code. You will see the remaining value — no personal details are shown.
What if checkout is cancelled?+
For partial payments the amount you were about to spend is reserved during checkout and released automatically if payment is cancelled or abandoned.
Can a gift card be combined with a promo code?+
Yes — promotions apply first, then gift credit covers the remaining eligible amount, and you pay whatever is left at checkout (including shipping). One gift card can be applied per order.
Can I use a card to buy another gift card?+
No. Gift cards cannot purchase other gift cards.
What happens if I misplace the code?+
Treat the code like cash. If you purchased the card, contact the studio with your receipt email and we can assist with delivery or balance questions.
